Our Store Finder feature powered by Yext allows customers find and get directions to a nearby store.
In the Usage Dashboard you can track how many times your customers have used the Store Finder.
*Searches - total number of times the store finder has been used. This includes all searches, so if one customer used it twice, we count it as two searches.
*People - unique users who have used the store finder at least once. Each customer is counted only once even if they use the feature more times.
*Sent Location - the number of times the send location option was chosen vs zip code. This is a total number of searches, not a unique user count.
*Sent Zip Code - the number of times the zip code option was chosen vs send location.This is a total number of searches, not a unique user count.
*% Stores Found - percent of times where the store finder returned at least one nearby store as opposed to the store not found message.
