With the Comment Capture feature you can respond to Facebook comments on your Facebook posts with an automated message from your bot. Check out our video or written tutorial below:

Once the user replies to the bot, they automatically become a bot subscriber. You can add Facebook Comment tracking for all posts or specific posts.

This is a great way to encourage opt-ins for your bot - it is one of our available Opt-In Tools seen on the left side menu.

How does the Global option work?
If you want to have a global message added to all your Facebook posts, that will send the first time any customer comments on a post. You can turn on the "Global" option and comment capture feature will be added to all your Facebook posts.

The comment will be sent once per user, so if someone comment on multiple posts on your Facebook page, they will still receive only one reply on their first comment.

What if I want to use it for just a single Facebook post?

Press the New Post button and add a Facebook post you wish to publish here:

Add the First and Second Replies your customers will see after they comment on your post:

Can I add it also for a specific existing Facebook post?

Yes, if you wish to create campaign for a specific existing post click on "Existing post," and add the URL or post ID of the Facebook post you wish to use in campaign

What is the First reply?

The first reply is a message that will be sent to the commenter through Messenger right after they post a comment.

There is one first reply set by default. You can edit it and add multiple replies that will be sent to followers randomly.

What is the Second Reply?

The second reply is the message that will be sent after customers reply to the First message they received. Here you can choose whether you wish to link the second reply to a Convo, Main Menu, or other content on your store. You can also manually create the content for the messages.

If you want the second reply to link to existing item choose "Somewhere in the bot" option and select the conversation you wish to add:

You can set up the feature to reply only if specific keywords are used in a comment:

You can also choose not to activate the feature if certain keywords are used in the comment, so by adding those keywords in the feed reply won't be triggered when those words are in the comment:
