If you are using our messages feature we now allow you to receive email notifications every time a customer sends an email. This is available for Enterprise bots.

Simply go to your Messages inbox and you will see a checkbox that allows you to turn on or off notifications. If turned on you will receive email notifications every time there is a new message for any of your bots. You can then click from the email to reply within your Octane AI dashboard.

In the future we will be building many more options around email notifications like the ability to turn them on and off per bot, the ability to get a daily digest and much more.
