The Trained Responses feature helps your bot become “smarter” by allowing you to write responses to common messages your bot doesn’t understand.

There are two types of ways to respond to messages your bot doesn't yet understand:

  1. Trained Responses - here we display messages that your customers send and your bot doesn't understand so here you can make your bot more responsive and smarter by creating responses to these messages. Find out how to do so in this article.
  2. Convo recommendations -allow your bot to recommend convos to customers based on the messages they send. Learn more about this feature here.
