The "Message Us" button is designed for Shopify stores in order to help with better customer experience by providing them with more info on your store and products in fun and innovative way.
By activating it, you enable the "Message Us" button on every user-facing page on your Shopify store.
In order to enable this button, simply go to Revenue Dashboard and turn it on here:
After your customers click the "Message Us" button on your Shopify store, it would take them to your bot's Welcome message on Facebook Messenger.
If you wish to style the button, you can do it in the Customize section below:
There you can change the button style and position on the page:
*Note that the bottom right corner is a default position.
You can change the Call to Action, button type and colors:
Also, you can select a specific Convo that you wish for your customers to see instead of the welcome message. We recommend sending customers to a Convo that introduces your store or your product.
