Here's a quick guide on how to export reviews from Okendo.

To make sure your Okendo export is compatible with Insights Analyst, make sure you don't make manual changes to the export CSV. 

Follow the instructions below for exporting all reviews &amp; select reviews from Okendo. You can then import these reviews in Octane AI:

In Okendo's dashboard, go to Settings → Import/Export.

Under the Data table, click on the Export icon in the "Reviews" row.

Confirm the export in the pop-up that appears.

Choose from "All time" or your desired filter.
