To make sure your Yotpo export is compatible with Insights Analyst, make sure you don't make manual changes to the export CSV. 

Follow the instructions below for exporting all reviews &amp; select reviews from Yotpo. You can then import these reviews in Octane AI:

📕 Exporting reviews from Yotpo

In Yotpo's dashboard, go to Manage Content → Moderate Content → Reviews and Q&amp;A.

Scroll down until you see the Export Reviews section.

1. In Yotpo's dashboard, go to Manage Content → Moderate Content → Reviews and Q&amp;A.
2. Scroll down until you see the Export Reviews section.
3. Click on Export all reviews.
