💡 Prerequisites
The self-export option in Reviews.io is only available for users on Review.io's Professional or above plan.
To make sure your Reviews.io export is compatible with Insights Analyst, make sure you don't make manual changes to the export CSV.
How to export reviews from Reviews.io
Follow the instructions below for exporting all reviews & select reviews from Reviews.io. You can then import these reviews in Octane AI:
📕 Exporting reviews from Reviews.io
In the Reviews.io dashboard, go to Analytics → Export Reviews.
In the export screen, select Product Reviews.
For the export, select options for:
Date range
Star ratings range
File format (CSV)
Complete the export.
We recommend including all reviews and star ratings in the export. The file format should be CSV.
📕 Exporting reviews from your Timeline
Reviews can also be exported from your Reviews.io Timeline. You can use this to export reviews collected under the filters that you select.
Just use the Export Results button after applying filters to your timeline.
