Customers in Shopify are automatically tagged when they complete an Octane AI quiz.
How tagging on quiz completion works
When a customer makes it to the result page of your quiz, they'll receive a tag in this format:
Octane: quiz completed: [quiz name here]
The quiz name that will be inserted can be edited by going to the Settings tab of your quiz editor.
💡 What happens if the customer doesn't submit an opt-in through my quiz?
Customers that don't submit an opt-in through your quiz can still be tagged if:
They've shopped on your website before on the same browser cookie.
They place an order after taking the quiz.
