Octane AI Quizzes fully support Shopify’s Selling Plans for subscription apps. Products from subscription apps like Recharge, Loop, Skio, and others will now seamlessly integrate into your quizzes.

Each store that uses a subscription app that supports Shopify’s Selling Plans for subscription products, will automatically be able to recommend subscription plans in Octane AI Quizzes.
How to use subscription apps with quizzes
Once a subscription product is added to your Shopify store, it will appear in your quizzes without the need for manual adjustments. Subscription products will have a Selling Plan icon next to the product so adding the right products to quizzes is super easy. The icon will be shown even if only one product variant has subscription options.
Each subscription product will show all available subscription plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) directly on the quiz results page. If your Shopify store uses more than one subscription app, subscription recommendations will list all available plans.
Adding subscription products to quizzes
When building your quiz with Octane AI, all existing subscription products from your store will automatically be available for quizzes.
Any new subscription plans added to your Shopify products will automatically appear in your recommendations, and new subscription products added to your store will be instantly available for Octane AI quizzes too. Of course, besides recommending subscriptions, your quizzes can recommend regular products at the same time.
Subscription products will include unique options. These options can be customized under the Product Subscriptions tab inside of the content block you've added your products into.
We recommend the one-time & subscription setting which gives customers both options for products in an Octane AI quiz or Conversational Pop-up as well.
We recommend defaulting the selection to "Subscribe & save" if you have both one-time purchase and subscription options enabled.
NOTE: Pre-paid subscription options are currently not compatible with Quizzes. We recommend using the "One-time & subscription" or just "Subscription only" options for your subscription products instead.
