How does the editor work?
Our editor is now split into left and right navigation bars with an improved design for an intuitive user experience!
The left navigation allows you to add new question and results pages, rearrange pages, and add additional content to each page. Selecting a particular quiz page or field in the left navigation opens the right navigation for more detailed changes and specific adjustments.

How to build question pages?
Octane AI quizzes have seven different question page options divided into three groups: regular question pages, opt-in pages, and explainer screen pages.
Each question page can contain additional content like text, images, videos, buttons, and URLs. Using additional content to make question pages more interesting is the same regardless of the question type.
When adding a new question page, only predefined fields are Title and answers. Everything else you want to show on each specific question page can be added as additional content. Rearranging the sequence of pages and content on pages is super simple with our drag-and-drop feature!
How to add and edit answers?
Among other changes in the editor, Octane AI introduced a right-hand navigation for adding specific changes and enabling control over more features in one place!
Each new multiple-choice and picture-choice question page will be created with only two answers. However, you can easily add new answers one by one in the left nav. To add answers in bulk use the right-hand navigation. There you can edit answer options, add images if needed, select the desired layout, etc:
Rearranging answer options on the left side is easy with a drag-and-drop feature, and editing answer labels and adding specific logic for showing answers opens in the right nav when selecting each answer. Picture choice questions need to have images for each answer option.
For opt-in questions, date picker, open text questions, and explainer screen pages, all specific edits are made in the right-side navigation too. Selecting Title, Answers, or Custom content in the left navigation will open specific options to edit on the right.
How to build results pages?
Octane AI quizzes allow you to use three types of product recommendation logic but building results pages in the browser works the same for all quiz types.
Results pages are built with Content blocks that are added in the left navigation bar, and edited in the right. Each Content block can contain custom content such as Smart copy, text, buttons, images, videos, and URLs. Once Custom content is added in the left navigation, you can upload or edit content on the navigation opened on the right side. Custom content can be rearranged around Products using the drag-and-drop function in the left menu.
