1. Connecting Octane AI with Alloy

To connect Octane AI with Alloy, you'll need to authenticate your Octane AI account within Alloy first using your bot ID and API key. Read ahead for step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

1. Start by creating a new workflow.

From the Alloy dashboard, create a new workflow. If you already have a recipe in mind that you'd like to use, you can select a recipe. For this guide, we'll be creating a workflow from scratch.

2. Find and select Octane AI from the list of triggers.

Use the search bar to quickly complete this step.

3. When prompted, enter your Octane AI credentials to verify your account.

You can get your credentials in the Integrations page of your Octane AI dashboard. Find the Alloy section, click the drop-down menu and select "Setup" to receive your bot ID and API key

4. Select an Input to finish building the trigger.

Your Octane AI account is now connected and will be selectable whenever creating a workflow or recipe with Octane AI in Alloy.

2. Recipes

Recipes are pre-built workflows found in the Marketplace tab in Alloy's dashboard, allowing you to create fully functional workflows within minutes. Here's a list of Octane AI recipes available at the moment.
