A CSV export of reviews will be required from the platform(s) you are bringing reviews in from.

Review export CSV files will need to maintain the formatting that the review platform exported them with in order for the CSV to be imported into Insights AI.
π Uploading your reviews
Begin on the Insights AI page in the Octane AI dashboard.
Click Get Started.
Select the review platform you'll be uploading a CSV file from.
Upload the export CSV file from your computer.
Once the upload is complete, click Continue on the confirmation screen.
After your reviews have been uploaded, they'll be organized by the product that the reviews are for.
Troubleshooting review upload issues
Reviews not uploaded for data-related issues.
Reviews may be skipped if they've been uploaded already and a duplicate is found inside of your account.
If a CSV has partial new reviews, those should still be processed.
There were a few problems when importing your CSV.
This error most commonly appears if you're using the wrong CSV format. By clicking "View errors", you'll be able to see which fields are missing.
If your CSV is definitely from the correct platform, try re-exporting it but with the fields listed in Octane AI included.
