The more monthly engaged customers you have, the more traffic you're seeing through your features which means the more people your marketing and revenue boosters are reaching. 🚀
Each Octane AI plan includes a free monthly allowance of engaged customers that resets each month.
What are Engaged Customers?
An engaged customer is:
Someone who received an abandoned cart message, a receipt or flow from your bot,
someone who messaged your Facebook page,
someone who engaged with the quiz on your store (i.e. someone clicked on Start the quiz button)
Note: Someone who e.g. messaged your Facebook page AND got an abandoned cart message would still count as only one engaged customer.
How do I check how many engaged customers I have?
You can check out how many active people are in your bot in your Home Dashboard:

What are recurring app charges? What is the difference between them and the app usage charges?
The recurring charge is the base fee and the usage charge are the variable costs based on engaged customers.

If your monthly engaged customers are lower than your plan's allotted amount, you won't be charged any usage fees for them. If your monthly engaged customers count goes over your plan's limit, additional usage charges will apply:

Each Octane AI plan includes a certain amount of monthly engaged customers. Once the amount of engaged customers in one month exceeds that amount, additional charges will apply.

+ $0.130 / additional monthly engaged customer
Up to 5,000 monthly engaged customers per month
