What are engagements?
Engagements are counted in Octane AI every time someone interacts with one of your live features. This can include:
Someone who has started your quiz (by advancing past the first page).
Someone who has confirmed an opt-in or CTA in your pop-ups.
Engagements do not count when:
Someone who has viewed your quiz, but did not interact.
Someone who closed your pop-up without opting in or clicking on a CTA.
Engagement limits per plan are listed below:

How do I check how many engagements I have?
You can check how many engaged customers you currently have in your settings page. The engaged customers count shown here is over the last 30 days.
Your monthly engagements limit will reset on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I reach my engagements limit?
You'll lose access to live Octane AI features unless you upgrade to a higher limit plan or wait until the 1st of the next month.
