In order to use Attentive with Octane AI, an API source ID configured for Octane AI is required.
This type of source ID will require you to reach out to your Attentive customer service manager who will be able to help create one for you.
Making an API source ID for Attentive
Each Attentive integration requires its own API source ID. Even if you have one already for another integration, an Attentive CSM will need to help create one just for Octane AI.
Your Attentive CSM will need details about Octane AI and the opt-in such as:
Attributes about the opt-in (promotional, manual entry, etc.)
A preview of your opt-in with a legal, compliant disclaimer
Although your Attentive CSM will provide you with the legal disclaimer, those with a manual, promotional opt-in (which most quiz opt-ins can be considered) can add this disclaimer ahead of time to ensure compliance:

Replace "[business name]" with the name of your brand.
Once a preview of your compliant opt-in is approved, an API source ID for Octane AI will be created.
