Getting started
Setting up your Postscript integration is super easy. Here are quick steps:
In Postscript, click on your Shop name, then click on API.
Select Create Security Key Pair on the right side of the page, then confirm by selecting Yes.
Under the Private Key column, click Show to reveal your private API key.
In Octane AI's Integrations page, click Add in the Postscript row.
Paste your key in the Private key field, and select a keyword to trigger on SMS opt-ins.
Your integration is now connected. Before you start collecting phone numbers and syncing them with Postscript, you'll also need to make sure that your quiz's SMS opt-in page is fully compliant with TCPA requirements.
💡 Supported regions
Postscript mainly supports carriers in US, CA, NZ, AU and UK.
Sending personalized messages
When someone opts in through your quiz, their profile will include custom properties representing quiz answers, a quiz results page URL and opt-in information.
This data can be inserted into SMS messages with Postscript's merge tags feature, which can be used to easily add custom property values (like a results page URL) to a message.

Custom properties can be viewed and customized in the Connect tab of the quiz editor. Before collecting any opt-ins, it's important to make sure your custom properties are labeled correctly.
